They are so hard to get on the phone or to talk to by email, how do I get a product on there shelves?

what companies have you contacted via email or phone telling them there product was faulty and received something free in the mail with?

im more interested in food products.

I emailed the company whose product I encountered an issue with (I found a foreign object in a bag of cereal), and they sent me this email, which I don’t really understand. Can someone explain this to me?:

I can not find anything that shows how to send a custom email after people buy the product. I figure there’s a way to do this, does anyone know how?

Me and my business partner are starting a new Medical Transcription business and I have sent out fliers and business cards and I have a website. I know the site is getting hits because I signed up with a service that checks that, but I have not received a single phone call or email. What else could I possibly be doing to get clients?
