Are sites like "Project Payday" and "Home Job Placement" a scam? Can you make money off them or is it a scam? If these sites are scams, are there any sites that you can make money on?

No Project Payday. I am already a member. You need a credit card for that. And no gpt sites cause I am a member of many of them and it takes a long time to get paid.
