I currently have a very good job, making over 70 grand a year. I’m looking to buy a house in GA. I have a car and student loan as debts but i’m current on EVERYTHING. My credit score is ok, i’m working on getting it better right now. I know the housing market is cooling off. Is this a good time to be a buyer? And if so, whats the best state to get a nice house for a good price? Preferably the south.

I dont understand, Ive tried everything that i can think of, I have been on over 23 different interviews in the past 2 weeks and i have applied to idk how many different jobs, thats all i do all day is hunt for a job. Im short young looking and pregnant that combo no one wants to hire me. They think i look like a little kid so i cant do this job and then they find out im 18 weeks pregnant cause im showing already and they say "thank you we’ll be in touch". Im going to be homless in the next few weeks. My husband works but dosent make enough money for us to move out, all we need help with is a security deposit and we have tried HUD and social services but no one can help we have tried other charities as well. What do you do when you have no other options? I have a one year old already and I dont want to have to sleep in a car with my family. We dont have any other family or firends its just my husband myself and my son. And whats bothering me even more is that i got a job offer for an escorting service and I dont want anything to do with that but i feel like its either that or live in my car in the middle of winter,and children protective services will probably take my son away from me. I even tried to get into a shelter but most are fulll. I have asked for help with job serching but all they did was help me re write my resume and have me apply for jobs which is no different from what i have been doing already. I tried to do it on my own and didnt have any luck and then i ask for help and try to get advice and everyone tells me to get a job and its so frustrating because its not that easy. I have no skills, no college degree i defalted on a student loan so i cant get money to go back to school. I have sever depression and PTSD just got my medical insurance back but my co payment is high so even with insurance i cant afford the generic medications. Srry im ranting but idk what to do. Any suggestions would be great.

Ive even tried paid surveys, online jury duty, bloging, ect…. nothing ever really works out with those things and i have already sold every valuable thing i own, only thing i have left is myself and that would be about the last resort but i fear im getting closer to the last resort, i think for that i would rather be dead.

I know a lot of you are going to tell me to get help but going and talking about my feelings is not going to make the situation any better, i know there are programs for help paying for medications but i dont qualify because i have health insurance and my husband has a job
i know a lot of this ive been to the welfare office and i have contacted catholic charities near me and i was told that there was no funding at this time

QUESTION I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT LIKE TWO YEARS AGO IT WAS MY MOM’S CAR AND I WASN’T N THE INSURANCE… WELL THE ACCIDENT WASN’T BIG NO WRECK NOTHING HAPPEN TO THE OTHER DRIVER AND PASSENGER NOTHING HAPPENED TO THE NEITHER OF OUR CAR… I MOVE NOTHING BIG HAPPEND ALL OF THE SUDDEN I LOOK AT MY ANNUAL CREDIT REPORT AND I SEE THAT THEY ARE SUING ME FOR ,000 THOUSAND DOLLAR NOTHING HAPPEN TO ME OR THE PASSENGER THAT WAS WITH ME SO THAT’S WEIRD I KNOW FOR SURE THAT NOTHING HAPPEND BUT ANYWAYS THEY ARE SUING ME I NEVER RECEIVED A SUMMON SO I WENT ONLINE AND LOOK AT THE COURT CASE AFTER I SEEN IT ON MY CREDIT, THE PLAINTIFF WON BECAUSE I NEVER RESPONDED A SUMMON WHICH I NEVER GOT, I CALLED THEIR LAWYER AND THEY SAY THAT I’M LATE ALREADY, SOMEONE TOLD ME THAT I CAN TRY TO GO ON BANKRUPT BUT CAN THEY TAKE MY INCOME TAX RETURN EVEN IF I GO BANKRUPT TO PAY THE SUIT. I DONT MAKE ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY IT AND IF SOMETHING REALLY HAPPENED TO ONE OF THE I WOULD OF TRY TO HELP THEM… ANY SUGGESTION NOW I’M A SINGLE MOTHER OF THREE KIDS AND I DON’T MAKE ENOUGH MONEY TO COVER IT, I HAVE STUDENT LOAN, MEDICAL BILLS ETC..

I would like to consolidate my car loan, credit card and student loan. I’m sure each institution has different requirements, but I am wondering what the likely hood of me getting one is. A lender recently said they could approve me based on my credit for the required amount. However I have just started a new job, and the one I had before didn’t work out, so my recent employment history looks like this: Most recent job held for one month. Previous job held for 2 months, Previous job held for 1 year. Will this affect my application?

I am minus 1500 in my interest free overdraft, and I have a 1000.00 student loan to pay off (this is UK.) I want to pay as much of these off as possible before I move to L.A in April 2010. Which do you think is the best one to try and pay off the most?
