to tell you the truth, this is my first time as a seller on ebay. now if i put a product on sale, and a customer made the payment so to get the product from me. what are the steps so i can send him a product? will ebay provide me with the customer adress of which to send the product into?

I am starting a business and am now in need of a single employee to handle packing, shipping and receiving of small products (size of a backpack and smaller) from their home. I live in Japan, but I need someone working for me in Texas. I can go visit a person for an interview and training if I find someone but the truth is, I don’t know if I trust anyone to work for me unsupervised while I’m gone for a month or two at a time. Late shipping to customers is the death of any online seller.

I develop and produce my own products and finding a work-at-home employee for the US side of the business seems like the most cost-effective solution until it outgrows a home business, but I’m very concerned about using someone who turns out to be shifty and lazy while I’m gone.

Any ideas on how to find someone and/or an alternative suggestion? This is a perplexing problem for me.

How to fix the American education system? Someone asked this question and i wrote an answer. I will at least post what I wrote. You can add feedback or some other suggestions. I am starting to research this question more in depth because i would like to attain my doctor’s degree in education sometime in the future. I am a semester away from my master’s. I’m looking for topics for a possible dissertation so i can start to research it now so I will not have to work so hard when the time arrives.

This question would take a dissertation to truly answer. I have started to research and save sources to write a paper similar to this subject.

Reform education especially NCLB act. This act hinders the education system and wastes a lot of money. Good intent but it is a failing to attain what it is meant to do, which is improve education.

Change assessments, smart students are failing standardized test for numerous reason such as they learn differently and have different intelligences that are not measured by these standardized test.

Improve teaching methods. Each students learns differently and have different strengths, we must integrate different teaching methods to reach all the different types of learners in our diverse classrooms.

I would suggest lengthening the school day but not completely sure if this would improve education in America. Other countries that are considered to be superior in education have longer class days. This needs to be researched more. There might be efficient methods to make this idea obsolete.

Instead of having 3 months for summer limit to one month and space out the other 2 months off during the school year. The first few weeks or the first month of the beginning of the school year are spent reviewing old material to the students because the students lose the information that was already taught to them. Ever heard of the saying "if you don’t use it, you will lose it" the same holds truth in any education field especially with foreign languages and math.

Change the finance system of student loans. This market is small but the few banks and financial institutions holds a monopoly on student loans. The rates can be outrageous.

Integration of similar content areas. This would help students apply flexible knowledge among other advantages across content areas. Example English and History classes, in both classes you must know how to write, read, and comprehend. Math and Sciences, both classes uses math and formulas especially in physics.

Have teachers and people that truly understand what is happening in our classrooms and in education make decisions about education. Decisions are being made by people that do not have a clue of what is happening in our education. Look at your local school board, how many of them have any experience in our classrooms as a teacher? Look at the law makers, they are making laws about education and they have not taught or were not involved in any way in educating our students. The education field is linked to every field in the United States. Example Business should give feedback and communicate its needs to educators that will shape our future society by arming our youth with the right abilities and skills for a better tomorrow. All other fields are the same they should be communicating the skills and abilities that our students should have to become successful in that certain field.

There are many other solutions and changes that need to be made but these suggestions are just off the top of my head.

I understand your statement but what i have come to find out is that the field of education has a lot to do with psychology, which is why some people expect them to be psychologists and social workers. I agree with you they should not expect to be social workers or psychologists. They should be paid as professionals, teachers are expected to be professionals with out the compensation that other professional enjoy.

The simple and true thing about is, your spending money on something you can’t upgrade (proformace) you got annoying chat features in online play and you can’t download mods! I used to be a console fanboy my self. But soon I found the truth. The PC owns all consoles. We got the GOOD counter-strike, the BETTER Half-life 2 and of course we also can download mods, which of course, make the game more interesting. While you play your games that you spent on. The pc gamers will be hacking, getting mods, and feeling smart cause they only spent around for the same game for the PC. You see, consoles just aren’t worth it.

- My guy wants to through a tattoo party at our pad( my apt , i pay the rent its in my name i lived here and moved him in ) which our manager is on thin ice with us already . Because of his birthday party where his buddies threw up in my managers plants and doormat !

He wants to get his whole body done during the day when he could be looking for a job.

HIS real good buddy who buy the way lived with us for 3 months for free , I employed him and he still borrowed money from us.

So in reality that’s my money I need to pay bills. He has no money left he drained his bank acct. when he lost his job and now i pay for everything and its barely making it.

I bought his daughter her birthday present and already got her christmas present. I got his family gift already and I sacrifice my pedicures and manicures for his New castle beer !

and i didn’t tell him NO I just told him do it and ill be so hurt that you couldn’t wait til you got a job because why how long do you plan to wait to go look !

I love tatts ok i bought him his first one and his only one. I have 7 and would love more but i feel we need to take care of things first the lease is up at the end of the month and we gotta look for a new place but he wants to do him and not us . During the day he could get applications for jobs and numbers for apt . ( he wont even do on online app. i do them for him he gets frustrated because he isnt that good w the computer )

If he wants it that bad why cant he wait til night or weekend or right its not convenient for his buddy he says its gonna take a couple weeks like 2 the most to finish his body !
