What should you do, when your boss is extremly nice some days, then cold the next day ?

sounds like a person who doesn’t really care about what other people are feeling. just do your job well, and don’t worry too much about what he/she thinks of you, you’ll just get hurt if you do

you can try hosting an internet web chat room, all you need is a webcam, you can really make some good money, good luck!!

Remember that you are an employee, and not a family member. If it’s "nice one day and cold the next", and not "nice one day hostile and abusive the next", you don’t have anyting to whinge about.
